Just wanted to let management know how happy we are with the Isa packing team that went to our Cloncurry home today. (Previous moves in North West Qld contracted through Toll had been major nightmares.)
One team member found a $100 note plus change and brought it straight to my husband. I’ve never had a removal staff member do this (it’s my usual scatterbrained MO to leave emergency cash everywhere, forgetting where I put it).
Your staff, including Isa manager Mark, should be congratulated on their professionalism and honesty.
I will be telling everyone I know that Keffords is *the* moving company to go with.
